This cuvée is the quintessence of our great white wines, from the best plots of our Rocamadour vineyard. The clay-limestone soil here gives its mineral note to the Viognier grape varieties. For these exceptional whites, the cool nights and the early morning harvest are essential to obtain fresh grapes and lively and buttered wines.
