Shipping costs are free from € 390 including VAT, excluding shipping costs in mainland France.

Selectable EU countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Greece.

Shipping transporter :

Otherwise, transportation is organized by our transporter PHM Group in mainland France and the European Union for orders of more than 24 bottles. It specializes in providing quality wine offers, it is ISO 9001 and Certipharm certified. Delivery times are 3 to 5 working days in France, and approximately one week to 10 days for the EU. The delivery terms are flexible. The transporter will contact you before delivery to ensure your availability. If no availability, an appointment will be agreed. Delivery upon signature. Delivery on working days from Monday to Friday on a pre-established time slot.

On request at +33 5 65 20 42 07, we can use Chronopost transporter . It is also the transporter used in default for orders of less than 24 bottles in the European Union. This service may possibly be subject to weight, additional cost and packaging restrictions. The policy of shipping costs offered from 390 € is not applicable for this transporter. Delivery possible on Saturdays or in relay point on request. Delivery in wooden case unavailable with this transporter.

Special conditions

ATTENTION: be careful during your delivery. Any claim relating to delivery will be subject to a reservation on the delivery slip. If necessary, remember to report any missing or damaged cardboard on this slip. This will allow us to return your order or a part of it as quickly as possible under the best conditions and as quickly as possible. In this way, we guarantee that your entire order will be delivered, even if damage and / or breakage.

Any new delivery after an appointment agreed with the transporter in the Paris region may be subject to an additional cost for the customer.
