Our white vines

The white wine of Château Lagrézette is mainly obtained with the Viognier grape variety, harvested on the rare and magnificent terroir of Rocamadour composed of limestone and clay . The Viognier is complemented by Chardonnay in low percentage, as well as Muscat for the sweet wines. For these exceptional white wines, cool nights and early morning harvests are essential to obtain fresh grapes and lively wines, without any loss of aroma.

White wine is a wine produced by the alcoholic fermentation of must from grapes with uncolored pulp.
