Refund policy
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L121.16 of the Consumer Code, buyers have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from receipt of the products ordered, to return the product for exchange or refund without paying a penalty, with the exception of return costs.
Guarantee
Under Article 1641 of the Civil Code, the seller is bound by the warranty due to hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so reduce this use that the buyer would not have acquired, or would have given a lower price, if he had known them.
If not -product conformity, the customer must contact Château Lagrézette by post or e-mail for an exchange or a refund of the defective product.
