Elegant, rich and complex, with harmoniously smooth tannins. This is a hearty wine, deep, woody, with notes of vanilla, red fruits and aniseed. The flavor is round and balanced with a long aftertaste; the wine can age for many years with good results.

product details

Cuvée Dame Honneur takes its flavors from the oldest vines of the vineyard, planted on third terraces from the Lot River and on the limestone plateau. The very delicate berries are harvested and sorted manually. After vinification, the batch is matured for 24 months in new oak casks before being blended by the enologist Michel Rolland. It is then bottled at the Château.
